Exhibition Spotlight | RENAC Power Showcases the Rena5000 Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Solution in Ukraine, Working Together to Build Energy Resilience
Summary: On 13 October, the EcoEnergy Expo 2026 officially opened at the Kyiv International Exhibition Centre in Ukraine. RENAC Power Energy showcased its commercial, industrial and residential energy storage solutions at stand #2K-3-2, engaging in in-depth discussions with partners from Ukraine and the wider European market on distributed energy, microgrid applications and the local deployment of energy storage systems.

Market Insights
Ukraine’s electricity infrastructure has come under sustained pressure in recent years, leading to a significant increase in the role of distributed energy and energy storage systems within the local energy system. Industry forecasts indicate that the market size for electricity equipment imports in Ukraine is expected to reach US$4.2 billion by 2026, with energy storage equipment accounting for over 50 per cent of this total; Chinese enterprises occupy a key position in the supply of such equipment.
For local commercial and industrial customers, energy storage is no longer merely a supplementary means of increasing the self-consumption rate of solar power, but rather a vital safeguard for maintaining continuous operations in factories, industrial parks, commercial facilities and public service venues. Frequent power cuts, grid fluctuations and the high cost of diesel-powered generation are collectively driving the accelerated growth in demand for commercial and industrial energy storage.
Solutions
At this exhibition, RENAC Power Energy showcased the Rena5000 commercial and industrial energy storage system, designed specifically for commercial and industrial applications. Featuring a 125 kW / 261 kWh all-in-one design, it integrates multiple modules including the battery energy system (BES), power conversion system (PCS), energy management system (EMS), grid-tied/off-grid switchover (STS) and photovoltaic controller (PVS), achieving deep ‘5S’ integration. Its flexible configuration and modular design enable it to adapt to diverse operating conditions and application requirements.

Rena5000 Features:
- Minimal delivery, rapid deployment
The integrated design and modular configuration significantly shorten project delivery times. The STS microgrid controls both grid-connected and off-grid operation, eliminating the need for additional distribution boxes. - 5S convergence, closed-loop service
Core components are developed in-house; the integrated design ensures a closed-loop after-sales service provided by a single provider. - High performance, multi-energy coordination
Transformerless three-phase four-wire design; coordinated control of solar, storage and diesel power; STS switching time <20 ms; Supports various modes including peak-valley arbitrage, demand response and AC coupling. - Flexible Scalability, Scenario-Enabled
Compatible with both AC- and DC-coupled PV connections, flexibly adapting to diverse application scenarios. Configurable monitoring platform with a user-friendly interface. - Safe and Reliable
Entirely in-house developed across the full chain—from cells to BMS to packs—with a four-layer protection system (cell level → system level), certified to UL9540A.
The Journey Continues
Ukraine is merely a snapshot of Naton Energy’s global footprint.
Faced with the complex challenges of the global energy transition, we will continue to deepen our technological expertise, bringing mature products such as the Rena5000 commercial and industrial storage solutions to more places where they are needed. Not merely to exhibit, but to deliver; not merely to showcase, but to solve.
