Related FAQs

  • 1."Bus unbalance"fault on inverter screen.

    Cause of occurrence:

PV input voltage is an overrating or inverter hardware issue.

    Solution:

    (1) Check the PV configuration to see if there are too many solar panels connected to a system that caused the PV input voltage to be over rating, if so, please reduce the solar panels.

    (2) Disconnect the PV and AC connections to completely shut off power to the inverter. Wait for 5 minutes before reconnecting and powering on.

    (3) If the problem persists, please contact your installer or service provider.

  • 2."GFCI Fault" on inverter screen.

    Cause of occurrence:

The power supply automatically shuts off due to excessive current above the set standard.

    Solution:

    (1) Disconnect the PV and AC connections to completely shut off power to the inverter. Wait for 5 minutes before reconnecting and powering on.

    (2) Check whether the PV, AC, and grounding lines are damaged or loosely connected, resulting in poor contact.

    (3) If the problem persists, please contact your installer or service provider.

  • 3."Bus voltage Fault" on inverter screen.

    Cause of occurrence:

The bus voltage is above the standard set by the software.

    Solution:

    (1) To turn off the inverter, you should first switch off the DC and AC power sources, wait for 5 minutes, then connect them again and restart the inverter.

    (2) If still have an error message, check if the DC/AC voltage exceeds the parameter specification requirements. If it does, improve it promptly.

    (3) If the error persists, the hardware may be damaged. Please contact your installer or service provider.
